These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Awrosoft for use of the HevraVPN apps, website, accounts, subscriptions, support, and VPN infrastructure. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your country. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
The service
HevraVPN provides encrypted network connectivity through available VPN gateways. Server locations, capacity, features, and protocols may change as we maintain and improve the service. You are responsible for checking whether VPN use is lawful where you are located.
Acceptable use
You may not use HevraVPN to violate law, harm others, distribute malware, interfere with networks, gain unauthorized access, abuse intellectual property, send spam, exploit children, or operate attacks. You may not resell the service, bypass account or device limits, or disrupt HevraVPN infrastructure.
Plans, purchases, and renewal
Paid subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are billed, renewed, cancelled, and refunded under the applicable store rules. Prices and included features are shown before purchase. Deleting the app or your HevraVPN account does not automatically cancel a store subscription; manage cancellation through the store where you purchased it.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats, legal requirements, non-payment, or material violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and can request account deletion in the app or on this website.
Availability and disclaimers
We work to provide a reliable service, but internet routes, third-party networks, device platforms, and emergencies can cause interruptions. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every website, service, server, or location will always be reachable.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Awrosoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use or inability to use HevraVPN. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect service, security, or legal changes. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
